Centered on key components such as leadership commitment, goal setting, employee education, and transparent communication, t.i.d.e. aims to cultivate an environment where all employees feel valued and empowered. By prioritizing actions that address diversity gaps, and continuously evaluating progress through data and feedback, t.i.d.e. seeks to drive meaningful change and enhance innovation within the organization.

Goals
t.i.d.e.’s goals are designed to address core needs for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), accelerate the rate at which these needs are met, and sustain the necessary change for widespread policy adoption across the workforce
